3.1 Confirmation of Booking
Upon receiving a booking request, Coventgarden House Clearance will confirm the appointment details via email or phone. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all provided information is correct.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4.1 Pricing

5. Client Obligations

The Client must ensure that the service team has unrestricted access to the property. This includes providing keys, alarm codes, or escorting the team if necessary.
6. Liability
Coventgarden House Clearance endeavors to handle all items with care. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or losses occurring during the clearance process unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.1 Insurance

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
